Artist Statement:  “My true passion is transparent watercolor. I love the unpredictable results of mixing pigments on paper. I love color, lots of it. However the subject matter for me can vary from my favorite florals, to landscapes, old buildings, old vehicles, people and animals. They say "paint what you love"; I love contrasts of color, value, textures and shapes!“ 

Minnesota is my native state, but have thoroughly enjoyed living in the Rogue Valley of Oregon since 1973. In 1995 I was accepted into the Watercolor Society of Oregon and am presently have achieved Diamond member status. I received  signature membership in California Watercolor Association, Northwest Watercolor Society, Western Federation of Watercolor Societies, Watercolor West, Watercolor Society of Oregon, and Montana Watercolor Society. My work is exhibited at 2nd Street Gallery in Bandon, Or; Rogue Gallery, Medford, Or.; Carefree Buffalo in Jacksonville, OR.; and Art and Soul Ashland.
