Collection: Annekatrine

Annekatrine’s paintings reveal the romance of nature and the connection between the seen and the unseen. Infused with a deep reverence for mystery and beauty, her paintings explore landscapes, botanicals, and abstractions that evoke enchantment, connection, and a sense of peace and joy.
Her artistic path began unusually early. At age four, she studied under master painter Henry Hinsch, a founding member of Göttingen’s Kreis 34 artists’ circle, whose disciplined draftsmanship shaped her early eye. This classical foundation, deepened through a lifetime of study with devoted teachers and mentors, infuses her work with both technical refinement and soulful presence.
Annekatrine brings to her art the same qualities she brings to life: elegance, intuition, and a powerful sense of presence.
